Some people may have the misunderstand -they regard the carbon fiber just the carbon fiber .Actually the carbon
fiber itself can’t be used in building the frame , we use the epoxy to binds the layers of carbon fiber to form a composite
structure . In fact ,the carbon fiber frames /wheels may be called carbon epoxy frames/wheels .In order to strengthen
and reinforce the the final product , we have adopted CNT (carbon nanotube Technology ) . Carbon nanotubes has
good mechanical properties, CNT’s tensile strength up to 50 ~ 200 gpa, 100 times that of steel, the density is only
1/6 of the steel . During the production process ,the carbon fiber combine with the carbon nanotubes forms a kind
of composite material can make the composites exhibited good strength, elasticity, fatigue resistance and isotropic,
bring to the performance of the composite material greatly improved. Some customers ask about differences between
the appearance of the frame (1K/3K/12K) , 1k means all the filaments lay parallel in one direction, no cross fibers or
weaving . The carbon's appearance in 3K is less visible, each square weave is made of 3000 filaments.12K is the same,
for this appearance ,each square weave is made of 12000 filaments. Therefor ,1K, 3K or 12K are of no importance at all.
We have introduced the new Expanded Polystyrene System (EPS) into our production cycle to further increase the rigidity
and tolerance of the critical parts of the frame. This new Expanded Polystyrene System can furthest eliminate the
imperfections that form in critical areas when molding the frame. With the EPS method the carbon is laminated onto smooth
polystyrene models, which are left inside the structure throughout the forming process. The EPS models melt from the high
temperature required for the casting process and are removed afterwards. The result is a frame with smooth inside walls,
