Customer's Feedback of Fat Bike Frame |

1. Cable Routing.
I recognize that full length internal guides are expensive and time consuming at production, but a good alternative are the bolt on caps, as seen on Pivot Cycles Les frame, these allow more space and vision when running cables, you could offer caps designed for full length housing and blank caps for the front derailleur holes for the majority of customers who will be running single ring cranks.
2. Axles.
It is appreciated that you include axles with the frameset, the quality and weight are OK. But the Nut being loose is not as well thought out as most of the frame. The rear nut sits deep enough in the frame that tensioning the axle can be difficult, I think in the persuit of the perfect bike incorporating the threads into the frame would decrease weight, and make wheel removal and installation easier. There would also be a market for up selling to nicer lighter axles.
3. Frame prep and finish.
I purchased a painted frame and was very impressed by the quality of the paint job, unfortunately when I started the build I discovered that a lot of surfaces that should have not been painted were. The BB threads had tons of overspray, the cable guides in the frame were painted and therefor too small for the ferrule to slide in, and the points of contact for the axles were painted, the paint cracked and chipped off the first time I installed a wheel.
